Taking Space & Giving Time
When we improvise we are often distracted by the mind’s intolerance for the unknown. A loud shout inside the head tells us this isn’t working. How quickly it chooses to fill the feared “nothing” with movement, voice or words. How can we say hello to this chattering and free ourselves from it? What tools do we have to release from its clinging nature? How do we question the authority of disbelief when we ourselves did not choose it but somehow suddenly find ourselves engulfed in the clouds of doubt?
This workshop is specifically designed to address those questions. Expect to move a lot, talk and voice a lot, pause a lot, and greet the chattering mind head on.
